MathIAs+ Structural Intelligence Studio Terms

1. Scope

These terms apply to subscribers and users of MathIAs+ Structural Intelligence Studio ("MSI"), a software-as-a-service platform published by Mathias Plus SAS.

These terms supplement the general Terms of Use available on the MathIAs+ website.

2. Subscription

Access to MSI may require an active paid subscription. Subscription plans, features and pricing may vary over time.

Subscription payments are processed through authorized payment providers including Stripe.

3. Microsoft Authentication

Access to MSI requires authentication through a Microsoft account.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials and for all activities performed under their account.

Subscribers must use the same Microsoft account that was associated with the subscription when accessing the service.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use MSI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Users shall not attempt to disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, circumvent security controls, or interfere with the operation of the service.

5. AI-Generated Results

MSI generates analytical outputs, indicators, visualizations, recommendations, reports, narratives and other artifacts through software and artificial intelligence technologies.

Such outputs are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, interpreting and acting upon any results produced by the service.

6. No Professional Advice

MSI is not intended to provide legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice.

Decisions made using MSI outputs remain under the sole responsibility of the subscriber or user.

7. Availability of Service

Mathias Plus SAS makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of MSI.

However, access may be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure incidents or other technical factors.

No uninterrupted service level is guaranteed unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

8. Data Processing and Residency

User-submitted data may be processed through cloud services and infrastructure selected by Mathias Plus SAS.

Data residency options, where available, are described within the service offering and documentation.

9. Intellectual Property

MSI, its software, user interface, documentation, branding, algorithms and associated materials remain the exclusive property of Mathias Plus SAS or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to users through subscription or use of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mathias Plus SAS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages resulting from the use of MSI.

This includes, without limitation, business interruption, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, reputation damage or decisions made based on service outputs.

11. Termination

Access to MSI may be suspended or terminated in the event of violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, security risks, non-payment, or misuse of the service.

Users may discontinue use of the service at any time, subject to applicable subscription conditions.

12. Changes to These Terms

Mathias Plus SAS reserves the right to update these terms from time to time.

The most recent version published on this website shall govern future use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute arising from the use of MSI shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. No Warranty

MSI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Mathias Plus SAS does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from defects, or suitable for every specific business purpose.
