The Founder
Hippolyte Lazard‑Holly is a graduate of École Polytechnique (X89) and holds a PhD in mathematics. His research led to the resolution of a 19th‑century open problem, published in Inventiones Mathematicae.
He began his career at the French Ministry of Defense, serving as a system architect, simulation expert and qualification lead on sensitive programs.
He later founded an innovative decision‑support company and led a full algorithmic R&D program applied to financial markets, including the management of quantitative funds under the supervision of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
Since 2020, he has been developing and teaching Responsible AI best practices, combining scientific rigor, algorithmic expertise, sovereign environments and a strong compliance culture.
